      A Gentle-low to mid intensity-hatha yoga session involving synchronous breath work and asana practice, designed to help you feel balanced and reinvigorated. All levels welcomed.

      Reset with a candlelit restorative yoga practice to close one week, and welcome another. This flow aims to invite ease and comfort into our bodies and lives. Sundays from 7-8pm.
