Caitlin Barthelmes


Caitlin Barthelmes has been working in the public health arena for over twenty years with a focus on college student populations. Her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from the University of Virginia and her Masters in Public Health (MPH) from Brown University have provided her with a strong foundation of theory and practice, particularly in health promotion and substance abuse prevention. She has conducted trainings across the country for a variety of research projects and organizations, presented at national and international conferences, has had her research published in Journal of Substance Abuse Treatment, and is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT). She currently serves as the Director of the Student Wellness Center at Dartmouth College where she leads her team in developing evidence-based programming that supports the well-being of our students.
