National Depression Screening Day!

Thursday, October 8th, is National Depression Screening Day. Click on the 'Complete the Online Screening' link below to screen for depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and much more. If you would like to discuss your results with a counselor, please call the Counseling Center at 603-646-9442. We will have counselors available Thursday, October 8th, and Friday, October 9th, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET for same day appointments, or you are welcome to schedule a triage appointment for a time that coordinates with your schedule.

Crisis counseling services are available 24/7/365 by calling 603-646-9442. After 4 p.m., choose option #1 to connect with the on-call counselor.

 

About Screenings

Mental health is an important part of your overall health. Anonymous and confidential screenings can be taken in the following areas:

  • Depression (feeling sad, down, or empty)
  • Bipolar Disorder (experiencing mood swings from very high to very low)
  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder (constantly worried, anxious)
  • Substance Use (difficulty controlling your substance use)
  • Alcohol Use Disorder (worried about your drinking habits)
  • Eating Disorder (afraid of gaining weight or concerned about your eating habits)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (troubled by traumatic events)
