Accepting Donations

Sometimes organizations receive donations from individuals, alumni classes, or corporations/businesses.

Your organization's financial account is managed by the Collis Center for Student Involvement office.

How to apply to outside departments for funding.

When you spend more funds than are in your account, the account goes into a deficit.

Each week, you will receive a budget report that summarizes activity, income, expenses, and balance in your account.

The fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30.
