Bonfire Design Contest

This year the Bonfire Design Contest is open to all undergraduate students! Take advantage of this opportunity to leave your mark for the entire Dartmouth community! Throughout Bonfire Week, merchandise can be purchased at the Collis Student Center.

2026 Design Contest Guidelines

This year, due to the condensed Bonfire timeline, the design contest is open to all undergraduate students. Please review the following guidelines for a greater chance of usability:

  1. Make the image screenprint friendly for shirts. Vector images preferred or a high resolution image that can be converted into one. 
  2. No more than 2 colors for printing purposes and to keep sales cost affordable. 
  3. Designs MUST be original content. 
  4. Multiple entries can be submitted.
  5. Must be sent to bonfire@dartmouth.edu by Tuesday, September 8th.
  6. All designs must also align with the Student Organization Design Policy

Design entries will be reviewed by this year's selected Past Bonfire Chairs, Class Council, Student Life staff, and Trademarks staff.

If you have any questions about whether your idea/design, feel free to email bonfire@dartmouth.edu and we will be happy to review the design and advise you. 

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Tuesday, September 8th by 11:59pm.

Contest Prizes

The chosen t-shirt design wins a $100 gift card of their choice, free merchandise, and shoutouts through emails, social media posts, and sales.
