Dartmouth has a contract with W.B. Mason for all of the College's office supply needs. Because of this contract, purchase cards cannot be used at businesses categorized as office supply vendors (such as Staples). All office supplies for your organization need to be ordered by our department.
If you need to purchase office supplies for your organization, come to 211G Collis to look at the W.B. Mason catalog, or go online for information only. Do not order anything from the website, as online prices do not reflect the Dartmouth discount.
Complete the Office Supplies Order Form and send it to us. We will place the order. Items are usually delivered to our office the next day.
