T-Shirts and Merchandise

If you are planning to purchase and/or sell something that will display the word Dartmouth, D, or any trademarked images, you must refer to the Office of Communications Design Policy for Student Organization prior to marketing your merchandise, collecting any DA$H, or printing/selling the merchandise.

You must use the "Approved Licensed Vendors" list, which can be found here: Dartmouth Licensee List, when printing/selling any student organization merchandise with Dartmouth trademarks or name.

When placing your order for t-shirts or other merchandise that will display the word Dartmouth or any trademarked images, you must use the "Approved Licensed Vendors" list. Find the Approved Licensed Vendors list here: Dartmouth Licensee List.

Pay with a Purchase Card Request if under $2,500, or by invoice from the vendor with a Check to Vendor form if over $2,500.
