T-Shirts and Merchandise

Ordering t-shirts or other merchandise for your organization.


If you are planning to sell something that will display the word Dartmouth, D, or any trademarked images, your design must be approved by the Office of General Counsel prior to marketing your merchandise, collecting any DA$H or selling and printing the merchandise. You must use the "Approved Licensed Vendor" list when printing/selling any student organization merchandise with Dartmouth trademarks or name.

Before placing any orders, email COSO@Dartmouth.edu with your design. 


Using the Dartmouth Name or Logo

When ordering t-shirts or other merchandise that will display the word Dartmouth or any trademarked images, you should use the "Approved Licensed Vendors" list at: Trademarks.

Pay with a Purchase Card Request if under $2,500, or by invoice from the vendor with a Check to Vendor form if over $2,500.

If your group wishes to use a vendor that is not on the Approved Licensed Vendors list, then prior to placing your order, the design must be approved by the Office of General Counsel. The Office of General Counsel will also need to give the vendor temporary approval to print. We do not recommend this method!
