Interested in hosting an Experience?

Experience Dartmouth provides a dedicated window of time (from 10:00am to 3:00pm on Sunday 9/15) during New Student Orientation where offices, departments, programs and organizations can host a variety of events or activities to introduce themselves and welcome incoming students.

In the past, groups have used this time to host meet & greet events, open houses, audition workshops and welcome potential new members. We encourage groups to connect with each other and consider collaborating on programs or resource fairs during this time period. Please note: your program does not need to fill the entire time period - that is simply the window of time available.

Once you have reserved your space and confirmed your event, please fill out THIS FORM to have it listed on the Experience Dartmouth line-up of events that is shared with incoming students.

Alternatively, if you would like to host an event or program for incoming students during the first few weeks of the fall term, please consider listing your program through Weeks of Welcome!

Please contact student.involvement@dartmouth.edu with questions.
