Collis Student Center: Accessibility & Inclusion Guide

Restrooms

Both gendered and gender inclusive restrooms are available on each floor. A breakdown of each floor and specific locations is provided below. 

  • Basement

    • Gender inclusive restroom on the north end of the building

    • Women's restroom on the north end of the building

    • Men's restrooms on both the north and south ends of the building

  • First floor

    • Gender inclusive restrooms on the south end of the building, both in restroom vestibule and outside of room 101

    • Women's restroom on the south end of the building

  • Second floor

    • Gender inclusive and men's restroom on the south end of the building

  • Third floor

    • Gender inclusive and women's restrooms on the south end of the building

Accessibility Information

  • The accessible entrance to the Collis Student Center is the doorway located off the Collis patio facing the Robinson Hall lawn.

  • Accessible access to each floor is available via an elevator located at the center of the Collis Student Center. 

Technology & Accessibility

  • Projection is available in the 101, 212, and 218 meeting rooms and in Common Ground and One Wheelock event spaces. 

  • Projection of captioning services is possible in event spaces. Event organizers will need to work with a captioning service to provide the captioning. 

  • Event technology is ever changing and may require assistance from outside vendors. Collis staff are happy to consult on possible solutions and connect event organizers with outside vendors.
