Please note the following

COVID-19: Coronavirus Information

The pharmacy is operating on abbreviated hours until further notice:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (closed 12:30-1:00 pm daily).

The pharmacy will remain open for abbreviated business hours, to provide essential services to our students/faculty/customers. Please be mindful of social distancing recommendations if you do visit the pharmacy.

We understand that most of our students have left campus at this time, which provides a challenge in getting prescriptions. Please note the following if you have questions regarding filling your prescriptions, that you would typically receive from our pharmacy.

If you need a new prescription that was written by a College Health Service provider, please contact your provider through Primary Care, at 603-646-9400, or Counseling, at 603-646-9442. Our providers will be happy to send a refill order to a pharmacy near you. If you call us, please have the name, phone number, and full address of your preferred pharmacy when you call.

If you already have refills at our pharmacy, there are a few options in order to get your prescription(s) while you're away from campus:

Dick Hall's House Pharmacy can coordinate mail order, through D-H Pharmacy at Centerra, to the following states: NH, VT, MA, ME, MN, NY, CT, PA, GA, FL, AZ, SD, & CO. Your copay will remain the same if you are on the Dartmouth Student Group Health Plan. If you currently reside in any of those states and would like to be temporarily enrolled in mail order, please call 603-646-9456 to do so.

Please note that prescriptions take 7 to 10 days to arrive, from the time you request them, so be mindful of when you are due for your next refill(s) if considering mail order.

If you are not in the states listed above, or will need your prescription filled sooner than the 7 to 10 day window allotted by mail order, see "Refills" tab for information regarding transferring prescriptions.

*If you need an early refill, due to leaving your medication on campus, many prescription insurances are authorizing overrides to cover the early fill during the pandemic for these situations. Communicate this to the pharmacy filling your prescription, so they can work with your insurance to try getting an early refill override.*
