Ashley Kristiansen

Ashley joined Sports Medicine in May 2024

Interests: post-surgical physical therapy, the mind body connection, of the ideology that "movement is medicine"

Outside of work Ashley enjoys playing and having fun outside. Her favorite activities are gardening, hiking, golfing, pickleball, skiing and finding the best coffee spots. Ashley cherishes quality time with her wife and 2 dogs, Kona and Tucker.
