The Dartmouth College Health Service welcomes eligible spouses and domestic partners to enroll into the Spouse & Domestic Partner Primary Care Program. This program provides access to all Dick's House services, except Counseling which offers spouses or domestic partners of an enrolled student a courtesy visit so they may be referred to a community therapist.
Only spouses and domestic partners of students who are themselves eligible for the Health Service may enroll in the Spouse and Domestic Partner Primary Care Program. Domestic Partner is defined as a same sex partner by Dartmouth College.
Pre-registration is required. Visit the Patient Accounts Office to complete a Spouse & Domestic Partner Primary Care Program enrollment form along with a health history form and proof of insurance that meets Dartmouth's insurance requirement.
