Meditation for Activists & Caretakers (6 min)

This shorter meditation is for anyone feeling emotionally, mentally, or spiritually exhausted and on the verge of burning out. It is particularly well-suited for anyone doing activist work or caring for others in some capacity. We invite you to allow this pause to be one of renewal and compassion for yourself so that you can continue to do the good work that you do.
