Join us for a transformative mindfulness retreat led by senior monastic Dharma teachers in Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village Tradition from Deer Park Monastery in California that will provide an opportunity to disconnect from the distractions of everyday life and to reconnect with yourself and others. 

 

Whether you are new to mindfulness practice or an experienced practitioner, this retreat offers a unique opportunity to cultivate greater insight, compassion, and resilience in your daily life as well as how to nurture a culture of inclusivity and loving kindness. 

 

Through guided meditations, mindful movement exercises, contemplative practices, and interactive discussions you will learn practical tools to support well-being and collectively address the challenges we face as a human species, including grief, climate change, social inequality, and global conflict.

Registration Required: Limited to current Dartmouth students, faculty and staff.
