Join us each week for an all-levels yoga flow sure to leave you feeling strong, calm, and refreshed. These classes will focus on bringing balance to the busy-ness of our lives.

Join us each week for an all-levels yoga flow sure to leave you feeling strong, calm, and refreshed. These yoga classes will focus on bringing balance to the busy-ness of our lives through slowing down, breathing, gentle yet strong flows, and time for relaxation. A perfect respite to help carry you through the rest of term!

The first class of this series will be held on Zoom*. The remaining classes will be held in Collis 101.
