The first thing to know about yoga is that it is truly for everyBODY. Whether you're just beginning or rediscovering your practice, Yoga for EveryBODY will be helpful for anyone who wants to bring greater mobility, strength, and peace to their bodies and minds.
These classes aim to create a space that feels comfortable, safe and accepting for ALL bodies. We'll explore a range of yoga traditions, breathing techniques and all-levels mindful-movement practices to help discover a sense of comfort, love, and resilience in our body-mind. All are welcome.
Note: Please plan to wear comfortable clothing. It is helpful if you are able to move from the floor to standing with some comfort.

FREE, Weekly, In Person, All-Levels Yoga Flow Classes, taught by Sabrina Durmaz '26
Take a moment to unwind and let go of your day with this rejuvenating mindful movement flow. Through this all-levels yoga class, we will replenish with deep breathing and present moment awareness. We will move through some all-levels flow to stretch out from the confines of the day and finish with a moment of relaxation to reflect with gratitude on the things that nourish our lives.
Location: The Cube, Second Floor (House Center B)
*This class is most appropriate for those who can move from the floor to standing with some ease.
**Please plan to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
***Yoga mats available to borrow.
Please register in advance for each session in Dartmouth Groups:
Start your day calm and focused with an all-levels 30-minute mindful movement flow. Each class will open with a brief meditation followed by a gentle, yet energizing, flow that includes sun salutations, strong standing postures, and calming forward folds. We will conclude with a brief relaxation to help send you off on a day built on a foundation of presence and peace.

This FREE, self-paced, 7-day, all-levels yoga challenge can help you take dedicated, consistent time out for yourself so that you feel ready to take on the rest of the term calmer and more focused.
*For the longer classes (20+ minutes) we recommend that you can easily move from the ground to standing with ease. There is also a daily option of a low impact, seated only practice with no up and down movement.
You can request a yoga class from our team for your student group, class, organization, house, or team.
We offer the following options, as well as mindfulness and wellbeing workshops:
Gentle Yoga – Great for beginners and long-time practitioners alike! This class is all about slowing down and treating our bodies, minds, and hearts with kind, caring attention. Through breath work, gentle seated and standing postures, and time for deep rest, this class will leave your group feeling more calm, centered, and relaxed.
Yoga Flow – More active and dynamic, this class is wonderful for a group who might want to create some warmth and cultivate greater strength and flexibility in their bodies and minds. Flowing between strong and steady postures, paying particular attention to our breath and minds, and making time for sweet relaxation, this class will leave your group feeling more energized, grounded, and focused.
Restorative Yoga – Sometimes less is more. If your group is looking for a class that is deeply restorative and restful, this is the one for you. Through longer holds, intentional breathing, and a guided relaxation session, this class is a lovely way to balance out the hectic times of the term.
Complete this form at least two weeks prior to your desired event.
