NEW! Outdoor Yoga at Baker Lawn ~ Renewal & Growth
Connect with nature and try some yoga out! Our 45-minute, inperson outdoor yoga classes will help you unplug, find calm, and be more present. We will focus this practice on creating a steady foundation of peace and balance through breathing, yoga postures, and meditation. When we nurture ourselves in this way, we can help create a fertile environment for wonderful things to grow + flourish! Bring your mat (SWC mats will also be available), a towel, water and enjoy the view from our very own Baker Lawn!

NEW! Elevate 3 Class Series* with Guest Teacher, Mia Campbell - Starts Thursday, April 29th, 6:30 pm (EST)
*A co-sponsored event with the Xi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha.
This three class series will encourage a deeper connection with your breath and body. Moving through flows that are accessible to all levels we will set the stage with foundational yoga poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. The second half of each class will call mindful attention to the way your body moves with your breath as we create space for you to leave your stress of the day on your mat. Closing with cool downs and savasana, the classes are designed to leave you refreshed and ready to take on the next day. Come to any or all sessions.

About Mia Campbell: Mia is a mental health researcher, certified trauma informed yoga-instructor 200 YTT, and the founder of MyInnerAura, a space designed to grow awareness of the mind-body connection. Encouraging movement of the mind-body and personal reflection, Mia shares yoga asanas (postures), meditations, art work and blog reflections. Mia's yoga practice began as a teenager and continues to grow along with her. She is at peace on her yoga mat, while creating , when in a green space, or with a good book.
"End the Day" 30-minute Flow - Tuesdays, 5:00 pm (EST)
Join us as we ease into our evening with a greater sense of calm + steadiness. This is an all-levels class, with a lovely mix of strengthening, stretching and relaxation. Open and appropriate to all!
