Free drop-in yoga class held every Monday. No experience necessary. Students, staff and faculty welcome!
Yoga 4 Stress Relief –Every Monday 4-5pm, Collis 101. Mats available to borrow. All bodies and levels are welcome!
FREE drop-In yoga class held EVERY Monday. Students will be guided through a mindful movement practice that emphasizes focus on the present moment, conscious breathing, & cultivation of self-compassion. Each class will open with a brief meditation followed by gentle yoga postures that help to stretch & strengthen the body while calming & focusing the mind. We will end with time for deep relaxation.
No experience necessary. Students, staff, & faculty welcome!
