Learn simple mindfulness practices to help you focus more, stress less, and increase self-compassion in a supportive, laid back + kind-hearted community. Come in person or on Zoom.
Each week, after introductions, we will sit for 20 minutes of guided meditation followed by discussion. Feel free to leave at 8:30 after the meditation or stay for the discussion.

A Gentle-low to mid intensity-hatha yoga session involving synchronous breath work and asana practice, designed to help you feel balanced and reinvigorated. All levels welcomed.
A perfect opportunity to reboot with 10-minutes of mindfulness! Open to students, faculty, + staff. No experience necessary.
Every Friday of the term, except 9/22, via Zoom.
You will be guided through the ancient practice of yoga nidra: a deeply restful and rejuvenating sleep-like meditation. A prompt for written reflection will be provided.
