Rest is essential for a healthy mind and body, yet it often takes a backseat to the demands of daily life. This live virtual workshop will explore the vital connection between quality sleep, rest, and mental health. You’ll learn how to create a nighttime routine that supports deep, restorative sleep, as well as ways to incorporate rest into your day to feel more energized and focused.
As a reminder, staff, faculty, and students receive free access to the mindfulness and meditation app, Headspace.
