Yoga Classes

Free, weekly, drop-in classes open to students, faculty, & staff.  All abilities & backgrounds welcome! Mats available to borrow.

Yoga Classes:

Yoga for Stress Relief – Mondays, 4-5pm, Collis 101

Students will be guided through a mindful movement practice that emphasizes focus on the present moment, conscious breathing, & cultivation of self-compassion. Each class will open with a brief meditation followed by gentle yoga postures that help to stretch & strengthen the body while calming & focusing the mind. We will end with time for deep relaxation.
No experience necessary. All bodies and levels are welcome!

Yoga Flow to Flourish – Thursdays, 4:30-5:30 pm, The Onion

In this all levels class, students will be invited to gently flow from pose-to-pose while bringing their awareness to the present moment.  Each class will allow time for reflection & relaxation so that all can connect with what matters most to them; on and off the mat.  No experience necessary.  All bodies and levels are welcome!
