Friday Mindfulness Drop-Ins

We will "gather" via Zoom on select Fridays, 3:30-4pm* (EST), to take a collective moment to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with our deepest intentions.  Each session will include an opening and closing meditation, along with optional time for sharing and checking-in. No experience necessary.

*Following the meditation will be time to chat and connect further. All are welcome.

Summer Term Schedule:

Missed a session or loved a meditation we did? Recorded sessions available to view at your own time.

For a most enjoyable experience:

  1. Find a comfortable, quiet space. If possible, set aside any devices you will not be using for this class and/or turn off notifications so you can be as present as possible.

  2. Join Zoom Meeting: https://dartmouth.zoom.us/j/396689593[LBW1]
    Meeting ID: 396 689 593
    • We invite you to join 5-10 minutes before class to say hello & get settled in.
    • You will have the choice to join with or without video. This is completely up to you. The instructor will mute all students but feel free to unmute if you have a question or to say goodbye at the end of class.
  3. Enjoy class! Set aside your worries, preoccupations, and expectations, take a few deep breaths, and allow this time to be one of nurturing and kind awareness. Your presence is welcome here, and you are enough.
