Part 1 - Walking Across Campus (6-min) - A walking meditation for those times you are making your way across campus and looking to get a little mindfulness in your day.
Part 2 - A Meditation to Slow Down (11-min) - In this lightly guided practice, slow everything down by coming into gentle awareness of the breath and the body.
