Stress Less Workshops

Paused due to COVID; will be back for Fall Term.


Our “Stress Less” workshops are an interactive, informative, & fun way to build community in your group while also cultivating skills for self-care & well-being. Groups will leave with a greater understanding of how stress arises and learn mindfulness-based tools & techniques to start feeling less stress right away! 

Let us come to you

Gather your team, club, LLC, Greek house, academic class, or group of friends to lose the stress in the setting of your choice (e.g., residence halls, Greek houses, student organizations, athletics, nature-setting, classrooms).

Choose either

Stress Less with Mindfulness

Stress Less with Yoga & Mindfulness  


Participating group of 10 or more people.

Request form is received two weeks prior to preferred program date.
