Guided Mindfulness Session (15 - 60 minute options) - Enhance community connection, focus and performance with a guided mindfulness practice. We will meet with you to get to know your groups specific needs and interests so we can provide a practice that is right for you
Guided Relaxation with Yoga Nidra (30 - 60 minute options)* - Reduce stress and anxiety with this unique experience that promotes deep rest and relaxation through a lying down, easy guided meditation. This is a practice anyone can do, regardless of age or ability. Nothing is needed except a quiet space for folks to lie or sit down comfortably and a mind that is ready to relax.
*A recent study showed that while meditation and yoga nidra were both effective in reducing anxiety and stress, yoga nidra seemed to be more effective in reducing anxiety. Limited facilitators available for this session. Please inquire for further details and availability.
Working with Stress - In this workshop, we explore stress as a natural part of life and discover how to transform it into a source of growth and clarity. Through reflective sharing, guided practices and discussion, participants will learn how to harness stress to boost performance, build resilience, and reduce stress-induced anxious moments. This workshop draws on mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, neuroscience, and psychology to offer practical tools for meeting life's challenges with steadiness and awareness.
Sleep Well: Simple Practices for Rest and Renewal - Exhausted? You're not alone. Between classes/work, late nights, busy minds, screens, and maintaining commitments, good rest can feel impossible at times. In this interactive workshop, we'll break down what actually drives healthy sleep (and what gets in the way), explore how stress impacts rest, and try out simple tools to calm the mind and prepare the body for rest.
We'll close with a 30-minute guided relaxation practice called Yoga Nidra. Despite its name, Yoga Nidra isn't about movement — it's a deeply restorative meditation done lying down or seated. The practice helps release tension, quiet the mind, and reset the nervous system. You'll leave feeling more relaxed, with simple, evidence-based tools to support better sleep and manage stress.
Group Coaching: 7 Dimensions of Wellness - Reclaim the joy of being in college while being more productive and balanced. In this workshop, we'll pause and take stock of the 7 Dimensions of Wellness (physical, emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, intellectual, and financial) to reflect on our experiences, connect with ourselves and each other, set intentions that align with our values, and feel empowered to take meaningful action to support our wellbeing. Through guided reflection and conversation, you'll explore what's thriving, what might need a little more care, and how these areas are connected.

Power of the Pause* - Learn an evidence-based, easy-to-learn, and quick way (the STOP practice) to offer a moment of pausing to use before, during, or at the end of your classes, meetings, projects or events to create an environment that fosters greater focus, increased learning retention, and enhanced mental wellbeing. Meditation script, recording of the STOP practice, and teaching guide will be provided.
*This is recommended for those who want to learn and feel more confident and comfortable in providing mindful moments for others. Great for faculty who want to interweave wellbeing into their classes, UGAs/RFS to use with residents, student and staff leaders who want to create a more positive work environment, sports teams, etc.
