Join us for a half-day retreat exploring mindfulness, appreciation, and connection as pathways toward well-being, healthy relationships, acknowledgment, and authentic self-awareness.
In this 3-hour retreat, students, families, friends, faculty, and staff are invited to a fun, experiential exploration of mindfulness through meditation, group activities, and meaningful connection. This time together will deepen the capacity for self-care, emotional regulation, and concentration, while nurturing the ability to build authentic relationships with loved ones and friends. No previous mindfulness or meditation experience is required. Participants can expect periods of meditation, engaging talks and Q&A, group dialogue, and supportive breakout groups. Open to students, parents, friends, Dartmouth faculty, and staff. Individual participants and families are welcome.
