As we embrace the renewal and growth of spring, we invite participants to take Courageous Action through embarking on a weekly journaling journey. During the Spring Flourish program, participants will meet weekly to spend time journaling with thoughtfully curated prompts that evolve with the season. This is an opt-in standing meeting where we can all gather to enjoy tea, morning munchies, practice mindfulness, and reflect through journaling. The prompts will also be available via SWC newsletters for those unable to attend in person.
