The Wednesday Mindfulness Practice Group meets on Zoom. Each session includes a 30-minute guided meditation*, followed by an optional discussion of a relevant book chapter or topic
The Wednesday Mindfulness Practice Group meets virtually on Zoom every Wednesday from 8:00–9:00 AM. Each session includes a 30-minute guided meditation*, followed by an optional discussion of a relevant book chapter or topics related to meditation practice. You’re welcome to join just for the meditation or stay for the full session. All students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to participate!
To have the weekly readings sent to you prior to each session, please email Adam.J.Knowlton-Young@dartmouth.edu to be added to the mailing list.
*Note - Weekly meditations are lightly guided, with extended periods of silence to support deeper practice. While this format is best suited for those with some prior meditation experience, all are welcome to participate in a way that feels comfortable.
