Take a moment in the middle of your week to relax. This practice will interweave gentle postures with poetry and sound, an integrative approach to finding relaxation.
Take a moment, amidst the middle of your week, to relax in the dim light of candles. Restorative yoga involves holding restful poses (often with the support of blocks or blankets) for an extended period of time. It is generally considered a gentle and passive form of yoga, with a focus on deep relaxation of the mind and muscles. This practice will interweave gentle postures with poetry and sound, an integrative approach to finding relaxation.
Mats are provided.
