Yoga Flow: All Levels – Take a moment to unwind and let go of your day with this rejuvenating mindful movement flow. Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30.
Class: Yoga Flow: All-Levels - Taught by Megan Clark, TH ‘21
Day/Time - Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM - September 18th through November 13th.
Location - 9/18 - 10/9 - The Cube, 2nd floor

Yoga Flow: All Levels – Take a moment to unwind and let go of your day with this rejuvenating mindful movement flow. Through this all-levels yoga class, we will replenish with deep breathing and present moment awareness. We will move through some all-levels flow to stretch out from the confines of the day and finish with a moment of relaxation to reflect with gratitude on the things that nourish our lives.
*This class is most appropriate for those who can move from the floor to standing with some ease.
**Please plan to wear loose, comfortable clothing.
***Yoga mats available to borrow.
