Guided Rest & Renew: Special end of the term Mindfulness Drop-In

Join us during the last week of classes for a guided relaxation practice. In 30 minutes, it will feel like you have slept for several hours! Meet on Baker Lawn or on Zoom.

Join us during the last week of classes for a guided relaxation practice. In 30 minutes, it will feel like you have slept for several hours! You will be guided through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra; a deeply restful and rejuvenating sleep-like meditation. Participants will be invited to lie down*, get comfortable, and simply listen to the words of the meditation while doing absolutely nothing else.

*Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours.
