During this 4-week class you will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness and learn several skills, including meditation, for managing stress and enriching your life.
During this 4-week class you will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness and learn several skills, including meditation, for managing stress and enriching your life. Attendance & participation at all four classes, and a commitment to a daily 10-minute mindfulness practice will be an expected for course participation.
In person and zoom options will both be made available for each class.
*All course materials and fees (required reading, optional Koru App) will be provided free of cost to all participating students.
