Guided Rest & Renew - Join us on the last day of classes for a guided relaxation practice under the trees on Baker Lawn or via Zoom. In 30-minutes, it will feel like you have slept for several hours!
When: Wednesday, June 2nd – 4:00 – 4:30 pm
Where: In-Person Option* – Baker Lawn (grassy area next to Rauner Library and behind the Green)

What: You will be guided through the ancient practice of yoga nidra; a deeply restful and rejuvenating sleep-like meditation. Participants will be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and simply listen to the words of the meditation while doing absolutely nothing else.
*Yoga mats will be available for participants to use and take home. Participants limited to 9. First come, first served.
