SWC Wellbeing Themes

Vision Board
...is all about taking time (on purpose) to observe past successes, challenges, heartaches, and joys while considering what aspects of these experiences you might want to let go of, or perhaps, embrace more fully as you stride forward. It involves taking time to think about what you want to see more of in your life, what matters most to you, and allowing what arises to shape a vision of the you, YOU want to be.

Try this:

  1. Carve out time:  Make some dedicated space in your schedule to reflect and write about the following questions:
    • What am I most proud of?  What am I grateful for?  What has been wonderful about this past year? What is one aspect that I have especially loved about myself this year?
  2. Reflect further: What would I like to do differently this year?  Are there any beliefs, attitudes, behaviors that would be helpful for me to let go of?
  3. Create a vision: After considering the above questions, think about what you would like to embrace for the coming year.  What do you want to see more of in your life?  Have fun with it - maybe doodle images and words that express what arises for you!
