Staying Intentionally Informed
Finding the right amount of health-related information is key. Watching the news 24/7 or clicking on every new alert you see on your phone may elevate stress. Don't oversaturate yourself with sensationalistic news announcements or get caught up in rumors or speculation. Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to news stories, including social media. Hearing about the pandemic repeatedly can be upsetting. Use reputable sites to get updates and stay informed and educated.
