quiet racing thoughts for better sleep, or 
sharpen your focus (and maybe even boost 
your test scores)? This 3-hour, evidence-based
 stress management class is designed with you
 in mind. You’ll learn simple, practical 
techniques to regulate your stress response 
through breathwork, and explore a variety of 
meditation practices to find what resonates
 best with you.

Dinner will be included.

The class is led by certified MIEA instructors
—a mix of physicians and seasoned meditators
—who bring both clinical expertise and 
real-world experience.
