A thought leader in the global movement engaging men in promoting gender equity and preventing violence, Dr. Katz emphasizes the critical role leaders play in driving cultural change. 
 
His talk will explore how violence prevention is not just a social issue but a leadership imperative, and how leaders can model accountability, equity, and change. His message will resonate with anyone who leads, influences, or mentors others—administrators, coaches, chairs, student leaders, captains, presidents and those in other leadership roles.
