Active Meditation - Mindful Movement & Stillness Class This mid-week class brings together Qigong, breath-work and meditation practice designed to help you relax and energize. This class is intended for all levels of practitioners. If you're excited to mix up your regular Yoga routine and learn some new techniques and practices, come join us on Zoom on Jan 20th, and Collis 101 Feb 3rd and Feb 17th from 8-8:45am!
