Join us for this intensive, interactive (and fun!) two-day workshop aimed at
building basic proficiency in Motivational Interviewing (MI). MI is a
collaborative communication style for helping individuals make decisions and
create positive change in their life. This evidence-based approach has broad
application for working with students (and others!) and can be an instrumental
tool for advisors, coaches, facilitators + educators.
The training is open to the entire Dartmouth community.
Facilitated by Caitlin Barthelmes, member of the MI Network of Trainers (MINT)
and Todd Gibbs of the Student Wellness Center. Boxed lunches and morning coffee
& pastries will be provided.
RSVP by November 24th at http://dartgo.org/MITraining
Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
