Mindfulness Drop-in Fall Term: Prevent Burnout, Stress Less, & Focus More

Join in person in the SWC, 3rd Floor of Robinson OR virtually via Zoom.

 

Tuesdays, 12:30 - 1:00 pm (EST). No experience or pre-registration required. Come and go as you please!

 

Each live session will include:

  • Two guided mindfulness meditation practices.
  • Time for sharing, connecting, and Q&A In Person
  • Light snacks
