Completing the Application

The UGA Application for the 2025-2026 academic year will be available starting January 6, 2025 on DartHub. Please navigate to the "UGA Portal" button on the left hand side of the screen.

Before completing the UGA application form, please read about placement options and Living Learning Community essays (for those interested in applying to be the UGA in a Living Learning Community).

We suggest that you review and have all materials ready before logging on to complete the application, as it has many steps. 

Please Note

Although the web application does have a save function, if you are submitting LLC essays, we strongly encourage you to write your essays in another program and then paste them into the application. Keep a copy of these essays until the UGA selection process is complete, in case they need to be resubmitted.
