Summit on Juniper Apartments

Buildings 2 & 3 at Summit on Juniper is part of what will be a 638-bed apartment complex for Graduate Students located just south of DHMC. Assignments to Buildings 2 & 3 are made on a termly basis by the Undergraduate Housing Office. Leases for apartments in the other buildings are done directly through the staff at Summit (Michael's Student Living). All apartments offer private, lockable bedrooms. The apartments are fully furnished (beds are full/queen size) with Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry facilities, and on-site parking ($50/year). They have high-efficiency HVAC cooling and heating systems and over-head fans in the bedrooms. Residents have access to a workout room, mail room, package lockers, central gathering spaces, study spaces, and the adjacent Boston Lot hiking trails. Floor plans of the various apartment styles can be found on the property website. Work orders for any issues within the apartment go through Michael's Student Living, who manage the units.

Dartmouth undergraduates assigned to live at Building 2 or 3 at Summit on Juniper will pay the same rent as those students living on the main campus and are not required to be on a meal plan.

Dartmouth provides free and frequent transportation to and from the property seven days a week - running from 7am to 2:45am, Monday through Friday and 9am to 2:45am Saturday & Sunday - through a combination of privately run shuttles and free public transportation. The most up-to-date information on shuttle service is available from Transportation Services.
