Apartment Information

The cost of living in a Dartmouth apartment is the same as living in other Dartmouth residences. Students living in the apartments can belong to different House Communities.  Assignments in the apartments are the same as those in residence halls and a student's housing plans must be confirmed on a termly basis through the winter and spring housing intent/application processes. 

  • Maxwell & Channing Cox: 4-person apartments (all private bedrooms) with 1 bathroom

  • North Park Apartments: A few single apartments (studio style) with one bathroom, 4-person apartments (all private bedrooms) with 2 bathrooms

  • Russo Apartments:  Mostly 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments and some 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom units.

SUMMIT ON JUNIPER APARTMENTS

Starting with summer term 2026, the Undergraduate Housing Office is no longer coordinating assignments at Summit on Juniper.

Students interested in leasing with Summit should contact the staff at the Summit Clubhouse directly.  The most up-to-date information on shuttle service is available from Transportation Services.
