Attendance Is Required
All candidates who have not served previously as a UGA are required to attend a UGA information session before completing their application. Each session will last up to an hour, and it is your responsibility to sign in to mark your attendance.
Information sessions are a great way to learn more about the UGA position, hear more about the requirements and time commitments of the UGA role, and learn about the details of the application process. These sessions are meant to provide you with a better understanding of the role before you apply, so please feel free to bring any questions you may have about the role or application process to these sessions.
Candidates are required to attend an information session. If you are unable to attend one of these sessions, please contact the UGA Recruitment and Selection Committee to request the recording of one of the information sessions.
House communities may offer optional information sessions specifically for members of their house. If your house offers one, we encourage you to attend, but you still must attend one of the required sessions in order to be eligible for the position.
Be aware of dates and deadlines for UGA information sessions.
You will be unable to sign up for a UGA candidate interview if you do not satisfy the requirement for attending a UGA information session.
