Housing Information

Ripley, Woodward and Smith, the residence halls that make up North Park House, have singles, two room doubles and Woodward has two, four room quads.

First-year students who are North Park House members will live on a first-year floor or first-year building with other members of their House Community.

What Type of Room Can I Expect?: Seniors are typically in singles and sometimes opt for two room doubles, juniors in singles and two room doubles, and sophomores in two room doubles and some singles. The two, four person quads have gone to groups from every class over the past two years.

Gender Inclusive Housing/Single Sex Housing: The ground floor of Smith and third floor of Woodward each have a gender inclusive bathroom and all doubles may be multi-gender. The bathrooms on the first through third floors of Smith, and the first and second floors of Woodward, as well as those in Riply are gender specific.

Substance-Free Housing: Ripley 2nd floor is the substance-free housing option in North Park House. We cannot guarantee sub-free housing, but do our best to accommodate all requests.
