South House is co-led by a live-in Residential Education professional staff member and a House Professor who lives nearby. In addition, the South House leadership team consists of four Resident Fellows and a team of Undergraduate Advisors (UGAs). An administrative assistant is also a part of the House team and student leadership opportunities exist through the House Executive Council.

Topliff, New Hampshire and Lodge, the residence halls that make up South House, have singles, one room doubles (those in the Lodge have full bathrooms), and there are a few two room doubles in New Hampshire.
First-year students who are South House members will live in the Fayerweathers with other members of their House Community.
What Type of Room Can I Expect?: Sophomores are mostly in one room doubles, juniors in singles and some doubles, seniors in singles and the New Hampshire 2-room doubles (only a handful of this room type). First-year students are typically in one room doubles, two room triples, a few quads and a few singles.
Gender Inclusive Housing/Single Sex Housing: All doubles in the Lodge, where all rooms have private bathrooms, Topliff, and on the second through fourth floors of New Hampshire can be assigned to multi-gendered roommate groups. There is a single-use bathroom on each floor in New Hampshire, as well as gender specific bathrooms. The bathrooms on each floor in Topliff are gender specific. The first floor of New Hampshire is all women. The Fayerweathers are all single sex by floor.
