Guidelines
- Use of the Dartmouth name is a privilege of recognized COSO organizations.
- To use the Dartmouth name or its logos in the titles of publications, on manufactured articles (such as T-shirts or other articles of clothing) and products, or in any other way, student organizations must obtain permission from the College's General Counsel.
- If a student organization is planning to sell something that will display the word Dartmouth, D, or any other trademarked images, your design must be approved by the Office of General Counsel prior to marketing your merchandise, collecting any DA$H or selling and printing the merchandise.
- Student Organizations must use an approved vendor.
To request permission to use any trade name or trademark, or if you are unsure about permissions, contact the Licensing Officer in the Office of General Counsel.
