About the Annual Renewal
Every fall term, COSO requires all organizations to complete the Annual Renewal Process to remain in good standing. Failing to do so will put your organization in inactive status, thus losing:
- Access to your organizational email account
- Access to your Dartmouth Groups account
- Access to COSO funding
- Your ability to register on-campus events
- Your ability to reserve on-campus spaces
Starting with the 2025-2026 academic year, all groups must complete the renewal process by the October deadline to maintain active status. A single opportunity for late renewals will be available in February, with no further extensions permitted. This process is designed to be accessible and can be completed by any group officer from any location, whether on-campus or off, ensuring that groups with officers studying away or on off-terms can still meet the requirement.
