Josh Gamse

Joshua Gamse prefers to be called Josh and came to the Office of Greek Life in April 2022 most recently from Emory University's Office of Sorority and Fraternity Life. Josh has been working professionally as a passionate advocate with societies, sororities, and fraternities for over a decade in various roles and is an active alumni volunteer and member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. Josh has a Masters of Science in Student Affairs and Higher Education and a Bachelors of Art in History. Josh joined the Office of Greek Life because he loves working with student leaders and believes in the value of residential student organizations. Under Josh's leadership, he wants Greek Life to foster welcoming, inclusive community service and social organizations at Dartmouth. Josh wants to work to change the narrative around Greek Life to reflect the many leadership opportunities, and the sense of belonging that is cultivated by membership in one of Dartmouth's Greek-letter organizations or societies. Josh believes in learning from the blemishes of the past to create a more inclusive and welcoming future.
