Job Description
As a Rho Gamma, your role is to serve as a mentor during the recruitment process to a group of PNMs. You will serve as their main point of contact for questions and recruitment support. You are mainly responsible for:
- Answering PNM questions and supporting them through the recruitment process
- Take PNM attendance at the events for the house you are assigned (see Recruitment Matrix in shared folder)
- Rountinely check-in with your PNMs at the end of each day (see PNM Check-Out in shared folder)
