What is Recruitment
The IFC Recruitment process is designed to have Potential New Members (PNMs) explore multiple chapters. The PNM has autonomy to reach out to as many or as little chapters they are interested in. PNMs can attend the IFC Info Session in the Spring Term or attend one or multiple IFC BBQs in the Spring and Fall Terms to meet members of each chapter.
As private organizations, each chapter retains autonomy to determine how many members will be in their new class. The Interfraternity Council supports chapters and PNMs in the recruitment process through the facilitation of the IFC BBQ and Campus Director Sign-Up.
