You will not be completely registered until you complete: 

1. StandUp to Hazing Module
2. First Year Sexual Violence Prevention Project (SVPP) you can check your status here 
3. Attend a PNM Info Session

You will not be eligible to receive a bid until you complete:

1. Second Year Bystander Intervention II Training through Student Wellness Center (SWC) - you can schedule here

If you have conflicts with event times for recruitment (see Recruitment guide), you can submit those conflicts here to be scheduled around them: 

Round 1 Conflict Form - Due September 25, 2026

Round 2 Conflict Form - Due October 3, 2026

Round 3 Conflict Form - Due October 7, 2026

The PNM Companion App is what you will use to view your schedule and submit your preferences at the end of Round 1, Round 2, and Round 3 (Preference Round). Your Rho Gamma with give you the code to complete your preferences for Round 1 and Round 2. For submitting preferences on Round 3 (Friday), you will go directly to the MRABA Signing location to walk through the Membership Recruitment Binding Agreement (MRABA) and complete your preferences with a staff member. Your Rho Gamma can support you in finding the MRABA Location for the term you are participating in recruitment.
