  • Mission Statement: The purpose of Sigma Delta shall be to provide a place where self-identifying women, gender nonconforming, and gender-nonbinary people can come together to share their individuality and build a strong sisterhood that fosters an atmosphere of support, respect, leadership and friendship. We pledge to educate ourselves with regard to each other's differences, so as to provide a space where members of Sigma Delta Sorority will feel free to express themselves and remain true to their identity, while strengthening the bonds of sisterhood. Only by recognizing our differences can we strive to grow. We endeavor to grow as individuals from our experiences as members of Sigma Delta and through this to benefit the Dartmouth community and the community at large by making positive contributions as a sorority and as individuals.
